Gabi got to play this week. We decided to have the girls play zone defense, so they would have a better chance to pass and shoot. It worked out well. A lot more girls had a chance to touch the ball. Gabi got in several chances to dribble and pass. She only got one shot off and missed. But she gets nervous when she gets the ball and all those tall girls rush at her! She was really proud because in practice before the game she made four shots in a row.
I am so in love with this girl. She always has such a great attitude. Her Sunday School teacher just when on and on today about what a neat kid she is. I swear, the only time she gets upset is if she thinks she is in trouble!The kids played at the same time this week, so I didn't get to see Evan's game. I heard he did really well, not crying or pouting at all. And he made a personal record, 3 baskets. I had the camera with me, so no pictures of him this week.
