The first day after groundhog's day we awoke to several inches of snow. Gabi came running upstairs to tell me "the groundhog was right we do have more winter!!" That snow melted quickly however and we have had nice weather ever since. Today it is in the high 60's. We are wearing shorts people! So we have been out enjoying it as much as we can. Who knows when winter might return. Andy got a big boy bike for his birthday. He is almost big enough to ride it. He can pedal, but his feet fall off the pedals a lot! He just needs another half inch. A problem his big brother never had. Gabi and Evan got razor scooters for Christmas. An upgrade from the three wheeled scooters they received three years ago and loved. We have had fun with these new outdoor toys all week. Listen to what Gabi says at the end. Where does she come up with this stuff?
PS my kids get to pick out their own clothes on the weekends. This is why they don't pick them out for school. You will notice Gabi paired an orange sweatshirt with pink leggings. Every time I looked at Evan this day I smiled. Under his big sweatshirt, he has on a camouflage long sleeve T shirt with the skin tight football pants he got three years ago.
