While in Raleigh, Nanni suggested we check out the kids museum her church took a trip to. So we had an empty day and we decided to check it out. What a blast! It was two stories of interactive fun. My kids could have played and explored there for days. Andy's favorite part was the splash zone where he soaked himself and I had to visit the gift store and buy him a dry T-shirt. Gabi and Evan loved the pirate ship. They spent the most time in the wood work shop. I have never let them use a real saw or drill before and they were loving it. Evan made a bird house and Gabi made a wooden sign complete with holes and yarn to hang it up. Evan and Dylan designed cars and raced them down the speedway. Gabi and Kasie designed clothes for paper dolls. Andy ran around touching and playing with every thing. Also included they had an IMAX theater so we saw Madagascar 2. FUN!
