Our strawberry patch is having its best season. This is our fourth summer. The first year we planted them we got no berries. The next summer the berries were too small to eat. Last year we got what we thought were good berries. This year the plants looked so big and healthy all spring. And now the berries are coming in full force. We have big juicey strawberries. The kids love them. They hate to wait until we wash them to dig in. And they usually eat half the harvest right that minute. It has been a fun family project to take care of the strawberry patch.
